LaundryMax is a product of Weblox ("we", "us"), an Israel-based studio. By using the LaundryMax app or the LaundryMax website (laundrymax.weblox.net), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use LaundryMax.
You must not misuse LaundryMax — including unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing our intellectual property, or interfering with our systems (for example malware, probing, or scraping).
LaundryMax's software, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Scanning care labels requires a free account — sign up with your email address and a password, or sign in with Google. The garments and wash-cycle settings you save sync to your account and follow you across devices; a garment photo you add stays on the device you took it on. See our privacy policy for what that involves. LaundryMax uses AI to read care labels from photos you choose to scan, and AI can make mistakes — please double check results.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app — see deleting your account.
The free version of LaundryMax is supported by advertising served by Google — AdMob in the app, AdSense on our website. LaundryMax Premium removes ads in the app. Our privacy policy describes the data involved in serving ads.
LaundryMax Premium is a $2.99/month recurring subscription that removes ads and lifts the free plan's scan limit (30 care-label scans in your first month, then 5 a month), raising it to up to 100 scans per day with no monthly cap — a fair-use ceiling that protects the service against abuse, well above normal personal use. Ads are not yet served in LaundryMax; the ad-free benefit applies once they are. Premium is currently sold on the web; in the Android app it is coming soon.
On Android, Premium is billed through Google Play under Google Play's terms of service. On the web, checkout is operated by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record — Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction itself, and by subscribing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. You can cancel anytime; see our refund policy for cancellation and refund terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
We provide LaundryMax "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer laws apply where you live.
