This policy covers LaundryMax Premium, a $2.99/month subscription, currently sold on the web (coming soon in the Android app). It applies to every charge, past and future.
As an Israeli business selling at a distance, subscriptions here are subject to Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, which gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of any charge — the first one or a renewal — for a full refund, no questions asked.
You can cancel anytime from within the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Premium purchased in the Android app is billed by Google Play. Refunds for those charges follow Google Play's refund process — and you can always contact us too; where the 14-day right above applies, we'll make sure it's honored.
Web purchases are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for these purchases. Refunds, when due, are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. To request one, contact us, or manage your subscription directly through Paddle, and tell us which charge you'd like refunded.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
